I have browsed to your site using Chrome browser and didn’t observe the issue you mentioned. Are you still experiencing issues with the submenu at your end?
If so, I would suggest you to regenerate CSS files from your WP admin dashboard->Elementor->Tools-> regenerate CSS

Can you please change your WP backend language to English and send me the screenshots again so I can understand the error message ?
Also, do you have Elementor installed with older version maybe ? I recommend you deactivate other plugins and try to install latest version of Elementor from default WP add plugins page, no need to upload manually the free version.
