In reply to: [FlyWP Helper] Very goodHi @catuyen,
If you checkout the top right corner (beside your profile menu), you’ll see a FlyWP menu. You can access that menu from anywhere, even from the site frontend. I think you’ve missed it somehow, maybe due to it’s on the right side.
Thanks!

In reply to: [weDocs - Knowledgebase, Documentation, and Wiki Plugin for WP] appseroThe SDK is needed to communicate with the Appsero service. We only send the data to Appsero if you allow it, otherwise we don’t send anything. So if you have chosen not to send the data, rest assured that no data is being collected and sent to Appsero.
Thank you very much @callinhos. Let us know how we can improve ??
I know there are ways in WordPress to do this, but I don’t know if they will work easily on the docs post type?
Those should work here as well.
Hello @agustinkonfio, the shortcodes you’re using are not provided by weDocs. These
description
,header
,type
,header_row
, all these shortcodes maybe provided by any other plugin or your theme. weDocs has nothing to do with this, hope you understand. Thanks for the report. We will add this future in a future release.
What I can understand by seeing your theme is that it’s custom-made. So I would suggest to ask your developer to add a toggle button to show the navigation sidebar in mobile.
This is not a plugin feature. You need to have other mechanisms to pull content from GitHub and create a post in
docs
format.@eclipse16v Could you please point me out which translations are missing, it’ll be easier to find and fix those.
Translations aren’t dependent on the plugin author. As a free plugin, people from the community contributed by translating the plugin. If you think German is not completed, I would request you to contribute there as well.
I’ll check for the missing strings which aren’t properly done from the plugin itself.
Yes, you can use the default WordPress export section to export the docs and import as well.
I understand now. Syncing the vendor phone number to Texty will be added in the next version.
Hello @harrysykes98, thanks for raising this issue.
You mentioned when someone creates a user account, they are asked for a phone number. Dokan only asks for a phone number if they are a vendor, customers are never asked for a phone number, also not in standard WordPress. That’s why it’s not an implemented feature.
When someone creates an account via the WooCommerce checkout process, the phone number can be updated to the “Phone Number (Texty)” field. But also, for all WooCommerce communication, their billing phone number is being used currently.
So having a sync between those numbers is a good idea.
Maybe some other plugin conflict has happened. I don’t see any error on 5.7.2.
