Plugin doesn’t work and Support is Horrible

I could not get this plugin to work with Captivate. All the examples show how to use it with Storyline, but not with Captivate. I tried and tried to configure it and make it work but it doesn’t work. When I contacted support they gave a semi-concerned effort to help me and when it still wouldn’t work they just decided to ignore me. I continued to send emails with suggestions and ideas to make it work but they ignored me.
