If you need to enable comments box in your pages, you can do it by enable comments when you add/edit page.
In you add/edit page section click “Screen Options” to show discussion meta box. Now you have the ability to show comments box on that page.

Hope you are doing well. I check the Minamaze theme. Its an awesome them with a lot of options.
Well for your first problem, You need to make a page and assign that as a front page. For this go to Settings > Reading. Select “A Static Page” from Front Page Display section. Select your newly made page as front page from dropdown page list.

Now to change the little icon (called favicon) you need to go Appearance > Theme Options and upload your desire icon on Custom Favicon on general section.

Go to Tools>Export and you will get two option for export your content, Export and Guided Transfer. You can export your data yourself with free option. Just click over “Start Export” and then choose All Content and Click Download Export File. It will download an xml file. Now you can import this xml file to your hosted WP site by go to Tools>Import

You need to login to your cPanel or connect FTP to your webhost and go to public_html/wp-content/plugins and remove or rename remove-all-comments folder. It will automatically deactivate that plugin and you can login to your admin then.

Please edit wp-config.php and make define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); to define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
