Installed and activated. When I hit “Download Data”, this is what I get:

Safari can’t open page.
“The operation couldn’t be completed. Protocol error.”
(NSPOXIEXErrorDomain:100)

What do I do now?

Apologies for my ignorance, but I’ve gone to the Fixer Plugin page linked in your reply, I’ve looked all through and clicked on various things but I cannot see anywhere that is an actual download this plugin link. How do I download this plugin?

Ok, fair point. If we can fix it that would be great, then I can write another review! Problem is I’m off on holiday tomorrow for three weeks! However I will probably continue to do website work whilst I’m away depending on WiFi. What’s the next step, to submit a ticket?
