It looks like an attempt to legally pull-in content from free article sites. In return the poster is hoping to monetize through ad clicks. Thats my best interpretation of what the sites true intentions are.

Are you using a plug-in to cache your blog? I really don’t know what generated those pages, however if I had to guess I would say its a plug-in or something of the sorts…

Who is your host? I would contact them directly and make sure that they don’t have anything to say about your request.

A files permissions can be changed with an FTP program.
