is there readygraph page under your Subscribe2 menu options?

You mentioned, you are using Subscribe2. So you can go to https://your-wp-site.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=readygraph-app

You can disconnect the readygraph by clicking on your email id at top right. A dropdown will open, there is your link to disconnect.

Once you disconnect the readygraph, there is no way, we can use or view your reader base.

There is no advertising. and there is an option to not use Readygraph. There is an option to disconnect under readygraph settings page. You can disconnect and use Subscribe2 as is.

It is fixed in recent update. Let me know if you still get the issue.

It is fixed in recent version. You dont need to delete files. Simply Disconnect the Readygraph or don’t sign up, Readygraph will not collect your information unless you sign up and you can use Subscribe2 as is.

Let me explain you the code structure.

ReadyGraph uses readygraph_application_id option in WP_options table to communicate with ReadyGraph server. If you check extension/readygraph/admin.php you will find that all the database options including application id are cleared as soon as you disconnect. Please have a look at the code for your surity. We want happy users.

We are solving the bugs, and the banner is disabled permanently when you click close. It will be available in next update probably by tomorrow. I will commit the change right away but you might need to manually update the plugin as it won’t show as new update.

Integration: we collect only when you are connected with the ReadyGraph. Once you disconnect the ReadyGraph, we no longer capture or track your a activity as all the options essential for your communication with ReadyGraph server is deleted from your WordPress database. So we can’t capture any information after that. Also it is against the tos of ReadyGraph. You can be rest assured about your privacy. You can use ReadyGraph if you want and like the feature. If not, you can disconnect the ReadyGraph and simply use Subscribe2.

I dont know why it says please twice, still you can check /plugins/subscribe2/classes/class-s2-frontend.php file line 7.

Plugin setting page will require you to login. We dont people to login against their will. The close button on the banner will permanently close the banner. The change will be committed in few hours.

The option to permanently disable the ReadyGraph banner will be committed in few hours.

No we do not collect any data if you don’t signup. No popups. No collection. No name of ReadyGraph if you don’t signup. Feel free to use Subscribe2 without ReadyGraph

Subscribe2 is free and independent plugin. ReadyGraph is an added feature. Unless you signup for ReadyGraph, ReadyGraph popup will not show up and in that case no information is collected. You can use subscribe2 the way you used to do it..
