Holy crap. I was so engrossed in looking through all the code that I completely overlooked plugins. It’s fixed – thank you!

It is currently only on a dev environment that I can’t grant access to. It is located at the very top of the page, above the custom logo. I can send a screenshot if you provide an outside email address or dropbox, and can copy any code you might need to take a look.

I actually figured out how to change the max width. Thanks!
