Hello @oataki,
Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
Hello @roxannegux,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I was able to replicate the issue you reported with a 4-minute video I tried to share to a test Instagram account.
I have reached out to our product team to have a look at the issue and I will get back to you as soon as I have updates from the team.
In the meantime, please know that as a paying Jetpack Social user, you are entitled to direct support via our ticket queue. You can reach out directly to us here: https://jetpack.com/contact-support/.

Hello @livresoutils,
I took a look at your subscribers in the background and you still have the 45,000 subscribers linked to your site.
The approximately 4000 subscribers you are seeing are what we call WordPress.com subscribers. These are subscribers to your site with a WordPress.com account.
If you want to see the remaining email-only subscribers, which are approximately 41,000, you will have to choose the Email option from the dropdown you find here: https://cloud.jetpack.com/subscribers/www.emploitogo.info.
Hope this was helpful! Please let us know if you need further assistance or if you have additional questions.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Is this the safe way to use WP Super Cache?Hi @elevated420 ,
am I supposed to disable this plugin first so it resets everything to dynamic?
Also, if I forget to disable the plugin before I update my site, will that mess up or damage my site??
You don’t need to disable WP Super Cache before updating your site. The plugin will automatically regenerate the cache for updated pages.
However, if you notice any issues after updates, you can manually clear or delete the cache from the?Settings -> WP Super Cache?page.
Hope this was helpful! Please let me know if you need further assistance or if you have additional questions.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Disconnect siteHi @kamaleon,
To disconnect Jetpack from a site you don’t have access to, you can use the WordPress.com dashboard if you have access to the WordPress.com account to which your site was connected.
- Go to https://wordpress.com/settings/manage-connection/.
- Enter the site URL in question.
- In the new window, choose the option to Disconnect from WordPress.com at the bottom.
- Follow the prompts.
If you need further assistance, please reach out to us directly and share your site URL with us here: https://jetpack.com/contact-support/.
Thank you!
Hello @celinejoosten,
Thanks for getting back to us.
As my colleague mentioned earlier, we will keep the thread open for about a week before we follow up with you for updates or mark the ticket as resolved, depending on the status.
You can also always open a new thread if the migration takes longer than expected.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Site is marked as CommercialHi @chaarls ,??
Thanks for writing.
I have reviewed your site https://blastersseries.com. I see that the site is showing ads, which classifies your site as commercial.
Free stats plans are for truly personal sites only; asking commercial sites to pay is the only way we can keep this feature available to people who run hobby blogs and similar.
?Please check out our?help article?for more information and the next steps that are needed.
Best regards,
Hello @sephr,

Hello @cpjmooney,
Thanks for writing.
I have reviewed your site https://news.uthsc.edu/.
I see that the site solicits donations on its homepage. This classifies your site as commercial per our guidelines here: https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-stats/free-or-paid/.
Hope this helps clarify things. Let us know if you have other questions or if there’s anything else we can do to help!?

In reply to: [Jetpack Social] Share when publishing off by defaultHi @bcxdeveloper,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
You can add a custom code to disable auto-sharing to your social networks by default. To do that, please follow the steps outlined here: https://developer.jetpack.com/hooks/publicize_checkbox_default/#notes.
To summarize, you can add the following snippet to your site and prevent the connections from being auto-selected by default.
add_filter( 'publicize_checkbox_default', '__return_false' );
When you want to share a post, you need to manually select each of your connections from the Editor.
You can add the snippet above to your
functions.php
file or drop it in a snippets plugin like Code Snippets. You can find more on how to do that here: https://developer.jetpack.com/customize-jetpack-actions-filters/Let me know how it goes!
Hello @periwinklefr ,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I checked from my side and I don’t see the pending status for the javascript file for Jetpack Stats. Please see the screenshot here: https://d.pr/i/FgtTkb.
Some third-party plugins such as cookie consent plugins like the one installed on your site have been known to block the Jetpack Stats script from loading until users accept to be tracked. Browser extensions could also be the culprit here.
Can you please try loading the script from a clean browser session with third-party extensions disabled, and after accepting the cookie consent banner shown on your site?
Look forward to your updates!
