In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Defer offscreen imagesHi @masouddarvishi1992 ,
Thanks for getting back to us.
?It seems that it does not use the file caching method (like other cache plugins)?
As my colleague mentioned, site caching on WP Super Cache mainly involves generating static HTML files from your dynamic site and serving them to visitors for optimized performance.
Jetpack Boost, which is a solution developed by the same people behind WP Super Cache, can help you explore other caching functionalities for resources like static files, images, and so on.
Hope this helps! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reply to this thread.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Classed as commercial siteHello @northtexastrails,
Jetpack relies on the
xmlrpc.php
file to connect with our systems. Right now, it looks like something is blocking that connection, causing Jetpack to disconnect. We need a stable and healthy Jetpack connection to show updated Stats details on the mobile app.
To address the Jetpack connection issues, I’d suggest checking if you have any security plugins activated that might be blocking our requests. If not, try contacting your hosting provider and asking them to check their security logs to see if they are blocking or otherwise limiting incoming and outgoing connections over XML-RPC.
Our requests look like the following:
- File: https://northtexastrails.com/xmlrpc.php
- User-agent header: Jetpack by WordPress.com
- IPs: https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/
Please ask them to allowlist the IP addresses listed above.
Let us know how that goes!
Hello @ebitimicreates,
Please note that sites on a free Jetpack plan are restricted to site searches on the WordPress.com Reader feed. I was able to find your site when I searched for it under my Reader feed, as shown in the screenshot here: https://d.pr/i/cuX2a6.
Only self-hosted sites with a paid Jetpack plan will be shown in the Reader’s ?Posts?search. You can read more on that here: https://jetpack.com/support/reader/#find-and-follow-blogs.
Hope this was helpful! Please let us know if you need further assistance or if you have additional questions.
Hello @samjoelnang ,
Since this issue will be tracked on the GitHub card, I will go ahead and close this thread for now.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Remove images from i0.wp.comHi @celiavn ,
To remove images from Jetpack’s CDN, you will need provide direct links to the images you want removed, as they begin with?
i0.wp.com
, and so on. You can reply to this thread with the specific URLs for assistance. As outlined in our public docs, there is a limit to the number of URLs we can manually purge.
That said, disabling the CDN setting in Jetpack Boost or Site Accelerator settings will prevent new images from being cached, and eventually, previously cached images will time out and be purged from our systems.
This means disabling Jetpack’s CDN settings won’t automatically remove existing images from the CDN. That’s where the manual deletion requests come in for urgent cases, but as mentioned above, we’re limited in the number of manual deletions we can process.
Thank you!
Hello @rajeevbagra2025,
Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Cache results in occasional loss of formattingHello @dragonwhisperer,
Can you consistently reproduce the issue on your site? If so, I would encourage you to open a GitHub issue with our development team here: https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/new.
As my colleague pointed out and as discussed in a previous issue, the formatting issue is most likely coming from the theme being used.
Do you or anyone else have any other ideas please?
In the meantime, you can try to use another one of our products, Jetpack Boost, which has its own caching functionality. Please let us know if you see different results while using Jetpack Boost.
Thank you.
