I found that a plugin in installed called Enhanced Media Library causing the problem.

The error i get is attached in the link. It start to appear when the page builder page finish loading.
I will also follow the steps you suggested.

@jaycbrf thank you for the replay.
I have reed in that modifying sanitize_file_name ( filter ) may help solving this issue.
but i did not understand what I should do.
