Right I finally figured it out. It wasn’t a plugin conflict, it was just the facebook app that had an incorrect setting. The ip address was for a test server I was using in the past and didn’t match the current ip. Thanks for your help anyway.

That was the first thing I did and unfortunately it is still not connecting.

Can I also add that I am using the pro plugin and I have contacted you directly from your website but I have not received a response.

Please refer to my post above, I have already said I am using the latest version, in fact it was after the update and I was no longer able to connect to Facebook

I managed to figure it out! When I unticked the force secure checkout in woocommerce the downloads work fine. I didn’t need it to be ticked since the entire site is https anyway.

Hi again. No we only use https and we have force downloads configured. I tried the other options with the same results 403 error. We are using the standard wordpress downloads from wp-iploads and below is our system status

I also have the same problem. When the plugin is in capture we can’t edit posts or pages.

We are also having a similar issue. Logged in users are unable to see or create new tickets. Just a blank page with number 0 shows. All the checkboxes in No of Tickets are already checked and unchecking them didn’t change anything.

I already had, that’s the response I was waiting for. But I have contacted you again.

Actually I just found a solution that works for me. In the Exceptions tab I changed the Apply Settings On section to post content and comments only. Works for me because I don’t put external links in my widgets.

I’m having the same problem. It’s seeing our internal links as external so they also have nofollow added to them. Not good for SEO. Did you manage to find a solution?

I second this. We are on a normal wordpress install not multisite like you but after clicking switch to user, it remains on the same user. Basically plugin doesn’t work any more. We have also tried to disable to plugins to see if there is a conflict. There is none.

Have you managed to find a fix for this yet? We are in the same situation and the plugin (latest version) won’t reactivate because of a fatal error.

Same thing is happening to me ?? Makes it kind of unusable.

Never mind, it turns out that it was a conflict between this plugin and yuzo related posts. But yuzo has a setting to remove it’s js which when I flipped the switch made everything work as expected ??
