Thank you for your response, Ivan. My ticket number is: #401097. Ben sent me an email yesterday, a new support person from the previous. He was apologetic and helped with some things, but I am having so many issues. I sent 4 emails on different topics today all with screenshots and details of what is happening. But it’s Saturday… and a long weekend, so… ??

I’m having the same issue. This has happened with the last two updates. When it happens, I have to regenerate assets under Spectra settings and then clear my cache. I’m glad it wasn’t just me. Also, my container block has disappeared. Ugh.

Well, I am now eating my words.
So while I gathered up the data and screenshots to send over, I found the error and it is my mistake.
First, I searched using the subject heading but left the tailend out so after going through every single email can comparing the 118 users to the 203 emails that went out, it included some previous emails to old accounts.
And the account holder emailed me with a different email address than what she used to sign up, so that’s why I couldn’t find her. After using the original email, I found out she DOES have an account. So she was incorrect and I have contacted her to let her know.
So this is my mistake and I am terribly sorry for the confusion.
This is the first time using your plugin and apparently, I have some things to learn.

Sending you an email now
Well that’s not what happened and I can prove it with screenshots and logs and data. I only have 118 users. WP Mail SMPT keeps a log of all my emails. So does Brevo (SendInBlue). 203 emails were sent! I can PROVE that your plugin sent emails to contacts from my Brevo that are NOT account holders on my WordPress. And if what you’re saying is true, then please explain to me how the heck a non-account user would end up getting my email!!!
No, I did not add that. As explained, that appeared in the body of my email once I received the email to my user test account. It was not displayed like that in my original email as I typed it up using your plugin’s email composer. Again, I added the image from “add media” option and put my signature in the caption.
When the email was sent it appeared like that in my inbox.
I did NOT add shortcode.

I am working with Spectra support but they are not getting that it’s not specific to my website but many of us are experiencing this. “Clear your cache”??? Are you kidding me? The advanced columns has been depreciated and it caused a design disaster on every page on my website and it’s even worse on mobile. Days and days of work destroyed! Unbelievable.

I deactivated PLR and tested it all out. Works! I’m good now. I spoke too soon. Thanks for your help.

No, it’s still not working so what I did is disabled it in WooCommerce settings and put a login shortcode there in it’s place. I will look into the cache as I know I turned it off for Litespeed Cache but I’ll check it out again and also on my Sucuri plugin too. If that doesn’t work, I’ll let you know.
