In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Signature Addon] Multiple Signature Does not WorkSorry to hear that. I’ll have a look at that as soon as possible.
For Contact Form DB users : raw data is no longer stored in DB, you should now have the URL to the signature image in your records.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Signature Addon] UpdateIs this related to “Contact Form 7” or “Contact Form 7 Signature Field” ? These are 2 different plugins, the latter being an extension to the prior, and you’re on the support forum of Contact Form 7 Signature Field.
Anyway, you should have a look at your server log files to identify what’s going on.
Problem fixed with last update.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Signature Addon] base64I finally took a little time to do the major update i wanted to since a long time : Signatures are no longer using base64 encoded inline data but physical images, stored in the upload dir of your WordPress. This should ged rid of all compatibility issues with email clients and ISPs. Feedbacks appreciated !

Thanks timothylarson & dtldesign for your feedbacks. Working with canvas sizes is not easy. I’ll have a look a this later so i can make an update regarding responsiveness/customization.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Signature Addon] UpdateI have to say i’m not very active with this plugin at the moment, but i’d like to. I got stuff in the roadmap for it, but don’t have much time for the moment.
Anyway, plugin should be ok with 4.2.2sorry to hear that … I don’t see why the signature field would prevent your mail from begin sent though.
Did you try to remove it from the form to see if it works again ?
Maybe base64 encoded images are forbidden in mails by your ISP.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Signature Addon] base64I could save the ‘physical’ image in wordpress for more convenience, and it’s something i’d like to work on in a future version, but i need time for that…
