BTW Ben. I had no idea that the “reset” button when customizing emails basically puts back everything to a default “out of the box” state. By the sound of it, it would be an “undo” sort of button.
OK…so it sets all templates. So, I went ahead and exited without saving. That should bring back my work.
It did not.
Bottomline…all my hours of works on all my customer emails are now gone. ??
Any advice on what I can do? Anything?

I found out it was basically my current caching plugin. So, swapped it with another one….problem solved luckily!
Not sure exactly what is going on, but basically, I fixed the issue. I merely tried another cache plugin…then everything was fine. I’m not sure which was the culprit, but it appears that there is a delicate balance with the combination of plugins one might have. I found the sweet spot!
Through the correspondence with the dev, it certainly sounds like it! Glad it’s you and not me. ??
I will give it a go again. I tried it first, and it created other issues. So I deleted it. It also didn’t get very good reviews at all. Everything from breaking the site to slowing down the backend and frontend. But what doesn’t work for others might just work for me. I never assume anything.
I appreciate you chiming in! It seems no one wants to help with this issue.
I can tell you this much. Made a recent Windows update…rebooted PC…Outlook displays the email the best it’s ever been. Who knows?? It’s a big of mystery as W10 itself.
It’s one of those “you can’t have it all” scenarios I suppose. Haha

Well…this is odd. I have no clue on what’s going on now. It now works *almost*. lol
I’ve tested with 800 and 600 for grins. Both output the same in Outlook. Desktop. Strange!! It didn’t before at 600 and 800…like yesterday??
Only the header background (logo area) is not there. It is on the footer…just not the header.

I had mentioned above that I have no idea where to attach a screenshot. That’s why I haven’t sent one. My Lightshot appears to not be working right now for some reason.
I’ve decided to just run with it. It’s fine with all other clients, and I really like your plug-in’s UI. Bravo! Just baffles me why it doesn’t work with my Outlook when you say that it’s been tested in that environment. Oh well…
Question on the side…on customer Processing and Completed order emails, by default, is the “Order number: xxxx” within the Order Details box supposed to be a clickable link? My New Order email features this but I don’t recall if the customer emails had that as a clickable link or not.

I tested in gmail’s client and it displays fine. I also tested with yahoo…just fine with desktop and mobile. FYI
But you say it works fine with Outlook…tested, tried, and true. Hmm…
“Plug in conflict” is a good catch all. Who knows what’s up.

lol Well, I’m not going to change if that’s what you’re implying. I’ve been using it for 20 years. It does format many of the emails I get just fine…except from this plug-in.
Here is a screenshot. I’m not really customizing it any more than what one of your templates already exhibit.
I’m unable to send a screenshot as I dont know where to upload it? But all in all, it’s supposed to resemble your first template listed in your plug-in in color and font. Mine has no color and uses basic default typeface (although my logo is still there).
Hope you can help. I hope I don’t have to ditch it. I really like the plugin! Many thanks again!
No sir…paid Pro version. With absolutely no support behind it mind you. lol But that is the right plugin, yes.
