Like I earlier said, I cannot access the plugins page. Deleting from it is not an option for me.

Of course I can access the page. But like I said, each time I try to append the previous link to my domain, it ends in an error message. Please I really need help as this is a customer’s website. I have a lot of pressure from him. Thank you

After adding the links” https://frigorificosunidossa.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms-plugin.php”, I get an error message which says

“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

How can I go around this error.
