I am having a problem with render blocking resources (reported by pagespeed insight and gmetrix). In the Autoptimize FAQ I read that you need to select “inline and defer CSS”. I’m not sure if I selected the right option, I attach a screen to show you the settings:

The fact is that woocommerce has been automatically updated to version 5.5.1 but in the changelog woocommerce blocks still results in version 5.3.2 (I have not installed the plugin). It seems that update to version 5.5.1 only if you install the last version of the plugin woocommerce blocks (which I do not need though). What should I do? Do I leave everything as it is or is there a risk to the security of my site given the vulnerability found on woocommerce plugins?

I’ve tried to update Woocommerce on my live site (MySQL version 5.7) and it seems that the update was successful this time!
My staging site was using MySQL Version 5.5.5, so most likely the problem was caused by this, as you pointed out.

– When you switched to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One and deactivated all plugins apart from WooCommerce, did your site show correctly?
No, the issue remain also after changing theme and deactivating plugins.

-When you go to WP-Admin → Plugins, what’s the WooCommerce version?
Blog vault support have checked by updating the Woocommerce plugin on a test restore of the backup it gives an error on waiting for the update to complete. But if they reload the page the plugin shows it is updated to the latest version i.e 5.4.1.
