I did some tests with Credit card, Paypal… I have tried to mix all parameters to find the bad combination and I have never found it.
Actually I should not have to do that, woocommerce ask my paypal adress and that is it.
I have read many forums and many people say that they have the same problem, I really think that something is wrong is woocommerce codeForum: Plugins

Today, I have 50% of my orders pending !!! It is terrible for me.No particular updates, I use a template called Big Foot 1.0.2, I have 2 websites, One is working with WordPress 3.7.1, one with 3.6.
I use Woocommerce 2.0.20 with the 2 websites.I have the same problem with the 2 websites.
Sometimes, I think (not sure) that if I click on the Woocommerce tools : Delete temporary data …. orders work betters but I am not really sure that it is fully efficient

Woocommerce is just rubbish, I will change to Magento, what a waste of time and energy, forget Woocommerce solution, it just does not work properly and the support does not exist…
