I am using the latest WordPress version 5.7

I haven’t heard back from you for my issue. Kindly provide me the suitable fix for the issue I have mentioned.

I am using Divi theme, Wp Review Slider Pro plugin, Social Feed plugin, FTP manager plugin. I have used the same theme and plugins on other sites and the forms are working fine on those sites.

The issue has been fixed when I updated the registration form and now its workign fine but the “Content Block” field is not showing anymore. I don’t know why.

Also on my register form which I can view as Admin there are few issues as well

1- “Content Block” field is not showing anymore.
2- On selecting an option from dropdown another register form was showing but now it is showing admin profile page.

Yes! It is set to “Site accessible to Everyone”

Yeah! It is already checked. I would like to mention here that my Register page and form was working fine before it just happened today after wordpress has been updated.

And I can only view the Register page when I am logged in as Admin, however no one can be able to visit the Register Page and it is redirecting to home.

One more querry. It is only showing top 10 posts, however I set the items per page limit to 12 but it is showing only 10.
