Thanks for the response. This changes the text to white which will help. I had wondered if the text box could be changed to white instead of changing the text colour? Either that or is there a way of changing the search box to match the subscribe box.
THanks for the input. I’ve manged to work my way round the ptoblem by opening a new page and assigning it as the posts page in the reading settings section. This seemed to work for some reason.
When I leave the post page blank in the reading settings it clears the blog posts from the summary page which now shows blank but still with no header background or title.
Yes, I cleared the browser cache but it dint help. I know that my host also has the cache turned off during the development of the site and until I ask for it to be turned back on.
Kevin, Thanks for the response. The setting was set to on. I tried switching it to off and then back on again but without success. Its strange as this is the only page affected in this way. Further thoughts?
