That sorted the issue. Thanks for your assistance with this and will include the category until the fix is available.
I am using a different menu plugin [Quick Restaurant Menu] for a site I created a couple of years ago for my friends other restaurant. I prefer the layout options and rendering of your menu but there are one or two useful features of the other plugin from an admin point of view – although the drag and drop menu builder seems to have disappeared since I last updated the site (will have to check out why)
One thing I noticed that your plugin doesn’t seem to have is the ability to quickly do multiple price changes since the Quick edit option doesn’t include the price field.
You found it working on the link I provided?
I tried deactivating and re-activating – No change
I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling – No change
Hi,
Yes, I am using the latest plugin version 2.0 and I got it working on another site I use for testing on my host account.
I did get a brief error message when installing from the WordPress plugins repository, something about an incorrect header. I will try to un-install and then re-install the plugin to see if that helps.
Hi,
I have deleted and recreated the site without the preview feature but the issue still persists
https://www.julia-sofia.co.uk/starters/
using shortcode
[foodmenu col=”2″ orderby=”menu_order” order=”ASC” hide-img=”true” disable-link=”true” title-color=”#442800″]
I thought it may be theme related so I tested by applying the default wordpress TwentySeventeen theme and got the same result.
Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply.
It is a “preview” page rather than an archive page intended to build and test dynamic sites. I did test on another live site and it worked fine.
On further investigation it appears that certain wordpress features may be affected because of the embedded links created by the preview system so thanks again for highlighting this and pointing me in the right direction.
