I went to try deactivating plugins, but I can no longer log into my dashboard. Is there another way to do this?

I can’t find the closing ?> in the pluggable.php file. Could some code be missing?

How did it let you in again? I’ve posted this problem a few times and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to fix it.
