Yes, that’s correct. Based on the tags you can create separate automations for EN, and FR tags and send emails from these automations in the specific language.

Yes, it is doable if you create separate pages for each language and use separate Forms to collect the leads. You can apply different tags for contacts added from EN, FR and DE pages. Then based on the tags you can trigger separate automation funnels and send emails in the specific languages.Thank you!

You can see the purchase details or products bought under the purchase history tab in FluentCRM contacts page.
can you explain in details the integration with Surecart please ? what is the difference with the integration with Woocommerce or EDD
FluentCRM has deep integrations with WooCommerce and EDD, so you can sync the contacts with WooCommerce and EDD customer data. You can also segment or filter your contacts based on various data from Woo or EDD. But, In the case of SureCart, the integration only consists of a couple of triggers in the automation. Deep integration with SureCart isn’t available yet.

It isn’t possible to send any attachments with FluentCRM emails so you cannot send any invoice. You can add any quotes directly within the email body but other than that there isn’t any other way to send quotes / invoices at this moment. I will take that as a feature request.

If you want to translate FluentCRM to a different language then you can use any translation plugin. In the case of multilingual sites if you want to automatically translate FluentCRM emails based on the site language then that won’t be possible. You would have to manually translate all the contents and you can only set it in one specific language.

Thank you for sharing your suggestion. “FluentCRM” is the main brand name and we have advertised the plugin everywhere using this name so updating the name to “Fluent CRM” will not be feasible at this moment.
