I use Firefox and your site looks ok. Looks fine in Opera too ?? Use this tool to see what is going on in the major browsers https://browserlab.adobe.com/en-us/index.html It’s free to sign up.

I am not an expert on this at all but I do know that IE7 and below do weird things to WordPress sites. There are plugins to tell site visitors to update their browser e.g. Old IE Alert

So if you are on IE7 that might be the problem. If not then you’ll need an expert to help you ??

What version of IE are you using?

If it needs 2.8 to work why is 2.8 not available as the download in the WP?

I have just activated the version from the link above and still get “Wrong Slider”. I do still have the folder Wp-content/uploads/wow-slider-plugin/import/

I have set the permissions to 777 and I have tried the import method. Still says “Wrong Slider”. I am getting fed up of this, especially as I paid for the pro version and it doesn’t work. And support requests are unanswered….

Sorry to be dim but where do I paste the copied code? And what is the mailchimp-widget-min?

I’ve just started using this plugin and noticed there’s an option to change “What should happen if Akismet determines the message is spam?” to block spam. It’s in the Akismet section of the options.

Not sure if that’s what you mean?

Have since found the FAQ’s and it looks like it’s a server issue after all.

I have been using Duplicator on a test site and moved it to a live domain ok. There are several plugins needing an update so I thought I’d use Duplicator for a backup.

But the package never gets created. It is 27.56kb in size.

Any ideas?
