this US_layout error is not related to the plugin. If you have another plugin related to login, it can be conflicting, but I don’t have enough data to help you for now

Does it happen on all browsers or a specific one ?

Does your hosting use Varnish ?

It can’t deactivate by itself. But it’s a possibility that it was deactivated for the update, the update failed for whatever reason, and so it stayed deactivated after.

Yes the latest update was not related to that, it was only a small quick fix for another issue.

You can use the PHP_INT_MAX constant instead of a fixed number, to be sure it’s always called last

What is your permalinks configuration on those websites?

the best setting is to use the post name (5th option), it should look like this /%postname%/

Most likely if you don’t know if you’re using it or not, it means you’re not

Check on your permalinks page (Settings -> Permalinks), and re-save them to see if it helps

Did you try with a different browser, or in private mode ? Sometimes the browser keeps using the redirect in cache.

You know to remove the whl_page option to revert to the default login
