In reply to: [GeneratePress] Back To Top: move to topThank you
I just published a new blog post which includes links to 3 “Chart and Table” popups. None of them worked. (Ref bottom of all posts at https://www.taastrategies.com/blog/). Also checked my “Chart and Table” popup on https://www.taastrategies.com/strategies/ and all of them have stopped working.
I see popups disabled by the most recent update were first reported 3 days ago. It should have been fixed by now.
Update: Another user indicated they had rolled back to 4.1.6. I did the same and all popups are working correctly now. I have disabled automatic updates of Popup Builder.

Re-enabled for further testing and found the Disable RSS and ATOM Feeds option. Turned the option off and RSS feed now working again.

I just installed the update to 3.60. All popups continue to scroll to top of underlying page upon opening the popup. That includes the popup with the modified shortcode.
I tried the change on all three popups and there was no change in behavior. The underlying page immediately scrolls to the top upon clicking the button.
There are three popups in the middle of this page. The top 2 are original, the 3rd has your changes.

For unknown reasons, I did not receive a copy of the message above. I checked back today to check on a fix after doing a website update and seeing the same problem reported above. I note that a response was posted 8 days ago. Thank you.
I clicked on the download link and it said the transfer file had been deleted. I’m not sure why unless the plugin update has been released. However if released, I am still having the problem. The currently installed version is 3.59.

In reply to: [Companion Auto Update] Message from cronThank you for the quick action; however this arrived in my email this morning:

In reply to: [WP-Cron Status Checker] WP Cron failed to completeThank you for the followup. I look forward to trying out 1.2. You might consider using plugin specific overrides rather than global.
This identical problem has occurred once again following the updating of images and text in all 3 popups. See below for repeat of previous post.
——————————————–
I have 3 popups on this page (midway +), each of which includes from top to bottom: centered png chart, centered png table, left justified text. On this page, the chart and table are left justified and the text is filled in to the right … totally scrambled.
On this page, the same popups (at bottom) are correctly displayed.
https://www.taastrategies.com/tactical-asset-allocation-october-2019/I have emptied caches on both website and browser and tried the display in both Chrome and Firefox. The rendering is consistent in both browsers.
I opened each of the popups in edit mode, checked the formatting which was correct, then saved each. Did not fix the error.
I am stumped as to why this is happening.
The page I need help with: https://www.taastrategies.com/strategies/
Problem cleared up, no clue as to why.

In reply to: [WP-Cron Status Checker] WP Cron failed to completeOoops! The mepr_reminders_worker has shown completed for the past 3 cron executions but the last execution shows a failure for UpDraftPlus. (UpDraftPlus subsequently completed its backup run.) This suggests that there is a problem with the status checker. I’d be happy to open an admin window for you if you’ll give me a range. I can also temporarily increase the cron frequency.
Also, here are comments from MemberPress regarding your 3 options:
1) I agree this is likely not the case as the error logs are empty, and the reminders are sending just fine.
2) Our worker function will exit once there’s no more reminders to send. It will not run for 10 minutes if there’s nothing to do. In your last test case, there was just the one abandoned signup reminder to send – so it should have completed within a few seconds.
3) This looks like it will just ignore the completion status, rather than attempt to detect it properly. It could be fine if he’s not able to find any reason for it showing as a failure.
