In reply to: Centering and adjusting an iframe video in blocksHi @phptechie. The size adjustment and no scrolling worked for me, but the other two didn’t unfortunately. The code showed up on the frontend. Maybe I spaced it out weird? But I tried a few different options, and it showed up on my site each time.
This is the iframe code I have on my site currently:
<iframe src=”https://cheddar.com/media/the-crossroads-of-music-and-politics/player?autoplay=false” width=”760″ height=”515″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=””>scrolling=”no”</iframe>

In reply to: Media Not Showing WordPress Image on LinkedInOK, I activated the advanced settings, input my image URL in Facebook, and still no image is appearing on LinkedIn. Also, every code had a ton of errors and wouldn’t work for me.

In reply to: Media Not Showing WordPress Image on LinkedIn@sterndata regardless, it’s not showing for me. there is no tab that shows any info about social media for me.
i already have the jetpack social media plugin. is there a way that i can alter that to show up on my linkedin instead? clearly the yoast plugin isn’t working right for me (maybe it’s something with my theme).

In reply to: Media Not Showing WordPress Image on LinkedInI believe that’s only for premium, which I don’t have and I honestly don’t have an interest in getting a premium plugin since I don’t need SEO features otherwise.
Is there another way to have a featured image show up on my LinkedIn other than using Yoast?

In reply to: Media Not Showing WordPress Image on LinkedIn@judgerookie yes, but every time i go to add my link, it shows it with a blank image. here’s a screenshot: https://imgur.com/Efrwqkb.
@sterndata i downloaded yoast, but it made no difference and i don’t see an area for setting default photos for socials. i also set a featured image for my home and about pages, but there’s still no change to my linkedin page.
Hi @htdat. Yes, it was resolved. I ended up changing the social icons to be hosted through the theme instead of using a plugin any longer.
Thank you!

In reply to: Trouble Formatting Mobile SiteOh, it may be an aspect of Jetpack and I didn’t realize it. I tried inputting the code above into my additional CSS box on the regular desktop theme version, but it still made no change when I looked at it on my mobile device.
ETA: I found out what the isuse was! I had a plugin activated that was messing everything up, so all is well now (finally!). Thanks for your help, @kimwhite!

In reply to: Trouble Formatting Mobile SiteIt says “switch to mobile theme” at the top. This is what it looks like on my screen: https://imgur.com/qtjLmw7.
I don’t have anything other than the title on my slider. It shows up on the home page of my web theme, though: nicoleisortiz.com.

In reply to: Trouble Formatting Mobile Site@kimwhite I went into Customize -> Switch to Mobile Theme -> and put it in the Additional CSS box.

In reply to: How to Create FaviconWPyogi is right. I’m using wordpress.com. Didn’t realize there was a difference, especially because every time I search for help the only thing that comes up are these forums.
Thanks.

In reply to: How to Create FaviconThere’s no Editor section underneath Appearance for me, just says: Themes, Customize, Widgets, Menus, Header, Background, and Mobile. When I went to Header, there wasn’t anywhere to add text of any sort.
I also can’t download Plug-ins. I have no idea why.

In reply to: How to Create FaviconGreat — where do I upload it to though? (Sorry I’m really terrible at this stuff.)

In reply to: Site Title and Tagline Font SizesYAYYY It worked finally!
THANK YOU!!Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Site Title and Tagline Font SizesThis seems like an insane amount of effort just to find a code to change the font sizes. Is it really necessary? I just want something I can paste into the CSS area under Customize. Every code I’ve found is from over a year ago and they aren’t working on my site.
