I tested few times, few different new installed WP site.
But at least I’ve found the issue.
After restore it rewrite in WordPress on Settings/Media –> Store uploaded items in this directory. I don’t know why, but solved the problem

Javasolnám, hogy a “Migrate” helyén ne a “Vándorol” szót használd. Jobban benne van a k?ztudatban,, hogy “migráció”! (Magyar nyelven)
A “Vándorlás” szót látva a plugin nevében is kicsit furcsának t?nik.
Ezt javasolnám, helyesen: “Mentés Migráció”

I would suggest that you do not use the word “Vándorol” instead of “Migrate.” It is better in the public consciousness that “migráció”! (Hungarian language)
Seeing the word “Vándorlás” in the name of the plugin also seems a bit strange.
