Resolved the problem as following:

1. Deactivated “Hide add to cart button” in the admin panel WooCommerce Quote or Enquiry Contact Form 7 settings page, and saved.
2. Activated “Hide add to cart button” and saved again.

Problem solved.

Thank you for deal with my problem. Than why do you think my tests are doesnt work for me? I also manage lot of other websites, and this is the only one form where my tests doesnt work.

I got now “test” and “test2” message – i suppose – from you. I also tried again, and my tests doesnt work…

I also installed the Redirection for Contact Form 7 plugin, and redirection to Thank you page works.

Dear ToGovern, may I ask you please to tell me where you found the settings of the icon/button colour?

I have just installed this plugin, and seems nice. But I can’t find where to change the button colour. In the colour section there are only colour options for the text and background. Thanks.

SOLVED: I had not added the Category Family to the WP Family Tree settings at the top of the page.

I have the same problem. Based on your advice I set the “family” Category, and added to each post. But still can not see the mother, father and spouse drop-downs, there are still empty.
