In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Multiple IssuesHi Benjamin – Did the copy/paste into wp_options -> wp_user_roles. Same error exists. Any other suggestions?
Thanks.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Multiple IssuesThanks Benjamin – Sorry for taking so long to respond. As I mentioned, we’re a small non-profit with very limited resources. I’ve increased the memory limit by adding the lines in the config.php as you’ve indicated. We’re still having issues.
Currently we’re still locked out of the site. At least I have FTP access now (that was a GoDaddy issue). The error “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” is continuing whenever we try to access the site as admin. This has happened a number of times in the past. Every time it’s been traced back to Time.ly ai1ec changing permissions. I’ve tried the previous fixes, to no avail.
Next, while trouble shooting the first issue, I deleted the ai1ec front end submissions file. When I go to Time.ly to get the replacement file, I get a message indicating “We are migrating to a new account system and it is going to take us several more days to get everything moved over. If you don’t see your previous purchases, please check back in a few days.” This message has now been showing on our account every time I’ve checked for over a month. As such, now not only can we not access the site, but now the calendar is broken because I can’t download the new files to try to update it with the most current version of front-end submissions.
Can you advise on… a) Fixing the permissions issue.. again and b) getting access to the Front-End submissions again.
Once we address those two items, we’ll work on the invalid “token” error.
Thanks.

In reply to: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this pageThanks for the questions content.
do you have a recent FULL (database and files) backup of your website?
I have 7 days worth of backups, but all of them are returning the same result. I also have made a complete backup of the site as of yesterday.
what plugins do you have installed?
We have a number of plugins installed, but I can’t currently tell you which are active and which are not since I can’t log in. As a general rule, we have w3 total cache, a calendar plugin for our events (All in one event calendar), PTA Member Directory, PTA SMTP Mailer, Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin, and either Wordfence or wp-spamshield. There are a number of others like google analytics, facebook, ewww image optimizer, askimet. However, I’m not sure which of those are currently active or are inactive. As mentioned in my original post, we’ve disabled all of the plugins, and the problem persists. We’ve also backed out all themes (to 2014 only) and the problem persists.
do you have a highly customized theme?
No, using the Customizr theme with a child theme for minimal css updates.
do you have access to the website via FTP or file manager cPanel via GoDaddy?
Website is functional, just can’t login with admin privileges. Yes we have access via FTP AND cPanel via GoDaddy.
Tried GoDaddy support, which, as seems to be common, was useless after over an hour online with them. They are blaming the issues on WP.
[ No bumping please. ]
Disregard the post above. The issue had to do with another plug-in conflicting with the calendar. Conflict appears to have been with WP-Spamshield. At least, disabling that plugin removed the conflict with A1E Calendar.
Greetings – having a white page issue. Renaming the all-in-one-event-calendar deactivates the plugin and I can access the site. Re-enabling the plugin causes the same issue. I’m a lowly volunteer trying to help a small non-profit (we’re all volunteers), and am in no way an expert. Please help if you can.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Google Forms] Asterik is creating a breakMagic! Thanks for fast and worthwhile support. I’m always hesitant to hit the donate button when something doesn’t work correctly. Happy to do it when it does though.
Cheers,
