Thanks for your reply. We followed the mentioned instructions, First we enabled above mentioned options one by one but the issue was still there, we also enabled all of the three options at once but it didn’t fix the issue. We tried an other way as well by disabling all the options together but the issue still persists.
Is there anything else we can do to fix this?
