I contacted them and they said there was no order. So I’m thinking WooCommerce sees items in cart that are not paid for and cancels the order. Am I right? But I don’t see any settings for that.

They know about this problem, I told them and they redirected the issue to the developer. As to their silence, maybe remind them you asked a question? They answer my questions almost every day. Maybe yours just got lost somehow? In a meanwhile, here’s what I did – I deactivated plugins one by one to see which one was causing the problem. This is how I figured it out. Try it, maybe there’s some other plugin that doesn’t get along with your web site?

I had a different issue. Turns out the MC4WP plugin doesn’t go well with learnpress or the theme I’m using. So I deactivated it and got my course back.

I’m not a bro, I’m a sis, and yes, I did fix it ?? I used Yandex.Kassa plugin for that. But first you need to sign a contract with Yandex to do that. And even before that you need to see if your bank works with them. Good luck!
