This happens because WordPress is trying to include a localization file (advanced-database-cleaner-nl_NL.l10n.php) that no longer exists after the plugin has been deleted.

If you’re using any caching plugins or server-side caching, please clear all caches. Sometimes, cached data can cause references to deleted files to persist.

Also, ensure that all files related to the Advanced Database Cleaner plugin have been completely removed from the /wp-content/plugins/ and /wp-content/languages/plugins/ directories. (You can use an FTP client or your hosting provider’s file manager to verify this).

No, this plugin does not delete WooCommerce products from the database. Its purpose is to clean and optimize your database by removing unused, orphaned, or unnecessary data, but it does not handle product deletion.

Several users have mentioned that they were able to clean those custom fields using the plugin. However, I cannot guarantee that it will work in every scenario. To ensure the safety of your data, I strongly recommend creating a backup before proceeding with any deletions.

Just to let you know, expired transients are automatically cleaned up by WordPress in version 3.7 and above, so there’s no need to worry about them.
