I would say run the processor as a cron job and reduce the load to something like 2. Let it add stuff minute by minute. Doing it manually is not recommended.
Thanks, and I’m glad you got that sorted. Don’t forget to leave us a review if you feel compelled! And also visit us on the forums every now and then.
Gorgeous site!
The tags actually show up by default in even base themes such as the ones bundled with WordPress (try switching to one of them to take a look)
So your theme is specifically not showing them – this is something theme related and not plugin related so we can’t really provide guidance in that regard.
But well done!

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] EPS alternativeWe will add PDF support in the next release.
For now, you can edit tools-ftp and scroll down to ss_get_media_type and add:
$filetype == ‘application/pdf’
and
$filetype == ‘application/x-pdf’
as file types for vectors. You may also find the mime type for SVG and add it if it is not already there.
You should have the cron processor running on a minute by minute basis, and it should then process your files with no issue. When you initially upload media, it takes about 30 seconds before the processor will try to process it.
If none of those things resolve your issue, it may be server specific. Please go to our forums for additional support.

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] No Licenses SectionHi Dave,
We have hundreds of users who have upgraded with no such issue – can you try disabling any other plugins you have and see if it shows?

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] Exif / Iptc informationThere are other functions, but chances are they have banned all of them as shell_exec isn’t any more dangerous than any other. In this case, you may have to switch providers. Additionally, if you ever decide to start adding videos to Symbiostock, you will need shell_exec as well.

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] Free Media – No CartSymzio search result widget already exists:
https://www.symzio.com/support/contributors?widget=1
You can put this anywhere on your site – you can earn a commission on this by signing up as a Symzio affiliate and you’re good to go.
The Amazon hosting thing is something we will look into for the future. As for featured thumbnails, you can do this within WooCommerce to some extent, but that is generally theme related. I’m sure you can find a theme or plugin that allows you to feature WooCommerce products.

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] Exif / Iptc informationNo, this function just requires the shell_exec command to function. However, you need to ensure that you re-read the image once you enable that so that Symbiostock can re-parse the extra fields once you add them to the settings.
So try re-saving the file to see if it then shows up. If you have further issues, it would be better to go to the Symbiostock forums and post more detailed information on what you’ve done.

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] Free Media – No CartHi there – this is a strictly theme/woocommerce issue as Symbiostock does not deal with the pricing issue. You are certainly able to price whatever you want at 0 and people will be able to download it for free – whether you can easily cosmetically alter the front end to show ‘download’ instead of ‘add to cart’ is something that you’ll have to research within WooCommerce support.
Although, I would recommend you leave it as is and just price everything at 0 – this way people can add multiple media to their cart and get one email to download it all, and you can also keep track of who is downloading what. You can use the ‘simple checkout’ feature of Symbiostock to reduce the number of fields people have to fill out when they do checkout.

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] Exif / Iptc informationHi Jack,
This feature has already been included in Symbiostock – just use the ‘read extra exif data’ function under Symbiostock > Settings and you can extract whatever you want from images for use in your website.

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] Updating WoocommerceIt is not okay to upgrade – this is not the minimum version, it is the currently tested stable version. If you upgrade, you may experience unknown issues that we cannot support.

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] WatermarkI just ran a test and everything is working fine – I can only assume your processor was not properly configured to run periodically. I have responded to your query on the Symbiostock forums – please continue communication there.

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] WatermarkHi there – I am looking into this now. I see that you updated your WooCommerce to the latest version and not the version that is supported by Symbiostock – I am fixing that to see if it rectifies your issue.
