We’re running a small supplement business. We have health professionals that recommend our products to their patients. If they can add their patients directly they are sure everything goes well. They would also like to see if the products they have recommended are actually bought. If not they can follow-up.
We might be “miss” using the plugin, but it’s for us a great tool to compete with bigger supplement companies who all have this kind of functions build into their websites. Creating certain expectations. Given we don’t have massive IT budgets, this currently gives us at least a semi level playing field.
Having the possibility to have affiliates add emails and see purchase history for linked customers would level the playing field completely.
I think all the building block are there to make this happen. If you would ever consider this use case, that would mean the world to us.
