I have not heard from you for some time. I badly need the solution. I deactivated the WCFM plugin and found that the 500 error is not appearing any more. So it is clear that the error is coming due to the plugin. There is also a translation plugin installed “TranslatePress – Multilingual” in which Spanish and French language are added. The error appears more when the language changed to Spanish and French. So what may be the cause of Error? Please help me regarding this.

No, no PHP error is occurring. There is a SiteGround Optimizer plugin in our site. When we clear the SiteGround cache, the Interal Server Error is gone. But after some time, the error comes for another page. I tried by disabling the SiteGround plugin also, the Internal Server Error is not resolved.

Our server says the SiteGround plugin cannot be deactivated.

I have got the slug translation option. But after I renamed it from permalink settings to product/, why is it automatically changed to producto/? I also set product/ for Spanish and French also but the slug is changing automatically to producto/. Why this is happening?

Sorry, we have checked. There is no tax settings for US and Europe also. And there is no particular tax settings for this user also.

Thanks for response. But there is no “price by role” plugin in our site. Can you please tell why this is happening?
