Initially I bought a theme from elegant theme but lots of issue here and there. Then I found this beautiful theme ! ??

Can someone help me with this?
I’m using a theme from Ezwp Theme, but their footer contains a lot of links to some other advertisements.
I don’t mind linking to their website but not the others. I tried to remove them and will get an error.
