I’m confused because it never does for me, in closing the gallery it pops back to my main page. Perhaps you can test for yourself.

What isn’t working is the fact that I would like the background image to start lower so that I have a bar of background color visible, from what I’ve read this should be possible, but I cannot seem to find a way to get it to work. (Background Position)

It pretty much just always has cover over the entire background of the site.

Rather I’m not sure if what I’m doing is even correct.

It’s a child theme of twenty eleven

I just disabled all of them and it’s working now. I suppose I just need to reactivate them one by one to see which is causing the problem.

There are Warnings but no errors. Tons of warnings though.

I updated Java and nothing changed.

Well I got it to be white, for some reason, but not transparent.

Odd, because my background colour is #015EA1 according to my settings and has a cross hatched image for me.

I think I see what you mean, though I cannot seem to be able to find a way to change it to any other colour, is it possible to point me to a line or area to look to change it? Thank you.
