PhpMyAdmin, and there are all the files, but I don’t know how to set up something to get to what I want to do. It’s so confusing.

alright, I installed it from the site, but now I have no idea what to do. Do I need to set something up?

Is that the only way? I don’t understand phpMyAdmin and I’m worried I could mess even more up
