I set up a local site with the plugin set you provided and I don’t see any indication of a conflict preventing the Masquerade link from being displayed within the user actions on the User listing page:

Through my own use of this plugin, I found that making it available from the admin bar was extremely helpful. That said, I kept the original functionality of the plugin which includes a masquerade link within the user list, look for the Masquerade link when hovering over the user’s email…

Hmm… Are you sure Sisyphus is causing the slowdown? It shouldn’t have any effect on the server-side of the page loading process.

Can you provide a link to the form in question?

No dice on my end either. While the WP_DEBUG constant wasn’t set at all originally, explicitly setting it to false didn’t seem to have any effect.

I too have encountered this error– running 3.8.1 on WP Engine.

Line 6 of assets/captcha/captcha_code_file.php uses an absolute path to reference the font file needed to create the captcha image. Changing the line to use a relative root, $font = './monofont.ttf';, resolved the display issue we were having.

Ahhh yes, I apologize. I must have overlooked that field when we installed this originally. I’ve activated it however it appears undreadable

Any idea what that’s about?

This site is running on WP Engine along with some varnish caching and CDN replication. Could there be a conflict?
