    Hi there JT Rogen:

Version 2 is now in daily use and ready, and we are moving to advanced systems for multi-role based automation, PDF signatures and other more advanced systems that the 1.0 WordPress never did.

Version 1 will stop working as of this week and any signable docs will display an error message advising the customer an upgrade is required to version 2 (paid).

Should you need help migrating, we can walk you through it in person – it’s easy – see this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DExc9qhjY7U for more info.

To get set up on version 2, please visit https://swiftcloud.ai/products/electronic-signature and choose any plan, I’m sure the “solopreneur” is fine for the moment.

    Thanks – Roger

Hi there 60 Layers – any update on this?

I haven’t seen an email per above come through referencing this, we’d be like to redeem this rating, and if you feel 2.0 warrants revising this review, that would help.

We aim to make good stuff and failed to communicate the 2.0 vs 1.0 transition.

Cool – for paying clients, we’ll bend over backwards to ensure you’re happy and get a good result.

We can only do this by focusing on the paying clients, otherwise we just don’t have the bandwidth / time / resources, you know?

Please send an email to SwiftCloudHelp at Gmail dot com with the doc you want set up, your website URL, and we’ll set up a free demo to test, and once confirmed working, we can handle payment and you’ll be off to the races.

This week we’re working on advanced stuff – multi-party role-based signature (i.e. client then vendor, or employee then employer) and all the basics are working well.

    Thanks

    Hi there 60 Layers

    1. We are transioning to version 2.0, and version 1.0 is indeed buggy, so we have probably earned and deserve this rather scathing review, for the moment.

    2. Yes, there is a fee. We have decided to instead of supporting free clients, focus on better service for paying clients. Version 1.0 is buggy because 100% of our effort and support is on the 2.0 (paid) platform.

We do offer free trials on 2.0 to ensure it works well for clients, and have a zero-hassle 60 day money back guarantee, to allow clients to test the system risk free.

We hope this helps for anyone evaluating this system. Version 2 works well and is in daily use, but we have, understandably, decided to discontinue the “freemium” model as it supports “freeloading” with a lot of work and no value for us.

Hi there JTRogen – sorry for late response.

    1. Reminder to all: this is not an officially supported channel. Please visit https://SwiftCloud.AI/support for faster response.

    2. This appears to be a Javascript / CSS conflict on the page; I’ll pass this to the coder.

    3. Please note this is version 1 and it has problems, and is in “legacy mode” so support for this will be minimal as all users will be required to migrate to the version-2 platform within a few weeks, and paid users can upgrade now.

If you are open to one of the paid plans as seen on https://swiftcloud.ai/products/electronic-signature please contact us at SwiftCloudHelp {at} gmail dot com, and we’ll set up version-2 beta for you to test before payment is required, which includes signed PDFs attached to the email as well as other advanced features.

One of the wonderful features of wordpress is how varied it can be, however, this also creates potentially hundreds of variations and conflicts with themes and plugins. Version 2 solves this and works completely differently.

This looks like a CSS / Javascript conflict; I’ll advise a coder tonight (USA time).

Please drop us a line at SwiftCloudHelp {at} gmail.com and we’ll get you beta access to 2, it looks like this may be time sensitive.

If we spot an easy solution to the HTML we’ll post here or update the plugin for others to see.

Hi there, what’s your e-signature URL? I suspect this is CSS conflict, or something overriding the CSS ink color.

Please note we’re beta testing version 2 and all users will be required to move to the more reliable v2 system in January – we’re onboarding paid users next week and free users in a few weeks after that / early Feb.

Because of v2, version 1 is being put into “legacy mode” and support will be minimal. That said, please check the CSS; we’ve seen this before on sites with white text on a dark background.

Last, please note this forum is not an officially supported channel; more reliable support (faster response) is at https://SwiftCloud.AI/support

Hi Ajan – this has been reported and we’re on it.

We’ll begin beta testing version 2.0 tomorrow, so if we don’t have a quick fix, email us at SwiftCloudHelp {at} gmail dot com and we’ll get you early access on v2.

    thanks

    1. Just to clarify, on the free version (both 1.0 and 2.0) you do _get_ a PDF, you just have to login to get it.

In version 2, there will be advertising on the emails and site etc. – a few differences but we will still have a free version that does give a small business a limited number of free signatures, with PDFs of signed docs.

The difference is you have to login to get it.

    2. Pricing for the pro and plus packages… we don’t know yet! We’re still testing that, but we definitely will be by far the most cost effective solution out there. Please email us at SwiftCloudSales {at} Gmail dot com and we can work with you hands on for setup, testing, and you’ll get special pre-launch pricing

I’ll set up v2 pricing next week; if you want to skip 1.0 and go strait to version 2.0 we can work with you to beta and we’ll ensure you get all hooked up.

    Thanks
    Roger

    Hi Bryan…

    1. With the free version, no; that’s a paid feature.

    2. Also, just FYI we’ll start beta testing version 2 tomorrow, which is entirely rewritten, more reliable, and will pave the way for a lot more integrations and features. To get notified, just sign up for SwiftCloud.IO and all clients will get notified when it’s ready.

    Hope that helps

    Hi Andy

    1. I’ll report this to our team and get it fixed, as Divi is fairly common and we should work with that. Expect an update later in the week.

    2. Also, we’re just a few days from starting beta testing on version 2 of this system, which is a ground-up rewrite that’s definitely more reliable and works differently. Version 1 was really a proof-of-concept. Interaction with the thousands of plugins and themes has proven a potential minefield, but all that is handled with version 2.

Thanks for your patience and interest

Hi there – yes, with paid plans both parties get the PDF immediately as an attachment.

Note we are just a few weeks out [as of today, Sept 2017] from starting to move clients to the better version-2 system, so if you need that function, please contact us.

    thanks –
    Roger and the team
