In reply to: [Woocommerce Natural Sort] Problem with woo commerce product search backendHi,
Sorry i haven’t been working with Woocommerce for a long time now, however I do now need to get back into it. Where better to start and that’s with a support question. This plugin worked with title name and looking at Woocommerce that is no longer a search option.
Can you tell me the version of WP and WC you are running?
I’ve created an update tonight based on WP: 4.5.3 & WC: 2.6.2 – which created 2 additional product sort options ‘Sort by name ascending’ & ‘Sort by name decending’ – this uses the natural sort – is this what you are looking for?
regards,
Steve

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] Refunding a purchaseNo you can’t I’m afraid, you would have to do it through SagePay admin page.

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] accepted payment logosZimbabwe is interesting – woocommerce get_address_formats function returns it does use a postcode, which means I can’t use that to evaluate whether a postcode is required or not. I’m going to have look into additional checks I can do maybe get_country_locale function.
I will need to do some more testing…

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] accepted payment logosI’m using WooCommerce countries class to determine whether the postcode is required
With Hong Kong the postcode isn’t required but is visible as set by Woocommerce – I’m assuming (and would make sense that if it’s blank we should use the dummy code) – correct?
Zimbabwe isn’t listed as being different to default, so in Woocommerce it does require a postcode – this needs to raised with their developers, giving them the correct address format similar to the following: ‘ZW’ => “{name}\n{company}\n{address_1}\n{city}\n{country}” – I don’t know what the correct format would be.

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] accepted payment logosThe 2000 error I’m unable to reproduce the problem, without more information it’s almost impossible. So any feedback from your clients would be appreciated – what device they are using, what credit/debit card they are using.
thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] 3D Secure timing outHmm, this is an issue and a big concern.
Even more reason to consider a SagePay Server solution rather that SagePay Direct.

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] accepted payment logosHi
Are you reproduce the problem, does it show ‘Please Wait’?Is it intermittent, does it happen on specific types of cards or clients?
If there was a general issue with the plugin with 3DSecure I would have expected to see more tickets raised.

In reply to: [Woocommerce Natural Sort] Does not workI promise you it does – some hosts restrict user defined functions ( they need to be enabled or contact your provider) and the only way to implement a natural sort in MySQL is through UDFs.
I do apologise for not picking this up earlier, but I didn’t see the email notification of your post.
Best regards,
Steve
