Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
To completely remove the plugin configurations, you need to delete the include code from wp-config.php, htaccess, and user.ini files. After that, you can safely remove the “malcare-waf.php” file from the root directory. Removing the file without addressing the include code may result in an HTTP 500 error on your site.I hope that helps.

With one site plan, we can support a single multisite network consisting of up to 4 subsites. If the subsites within the network share the same WordPress installation as the main site, they will be supported under one site plan. However, if the subsites have different WordPress installations, they will not be covered by a single site plan.
I hope that helps.

I want to reassure you that what you’re experiencing is perfectly normal. The plugin available on the WordPress repository is a general version, whereas the one installed from your dashboard contains configurations specific to your account.Wordfence, in its scan, compares the files to the WordPress plugin and may detect a code difference, which can lead it to flag it as potential malware when it’s actually not. This occurrence is a common result of the differences in configurations and should not be a cause for undue concern.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any further queries.

At present, we do not have a direct mechanism in place to automatically block spam comments on the site. However, our firewall is configured to filter out bot visits, which can help decrease the frequency of spam comments originating from automated sources. Nevertheless, if a user is manually posting spam comments, we currently do not have the capability to block or prevent them.
I hope that helps.
