Hey yes the plugin is compatible with any type of WordPress theme, and Drag & Drop page builders, there are Shortcodes which you can just add in text editors.

Hey kindly update plugin to 3.60 version and if you face the problem of styling issues again that can be caused of same classes in plugin and theme changing the Styling of some elements.

Plugin is based on Foundation Zurb CSS framework, which we changed prefix as well but some prefixes couldn’t change cause of compatibility issues. So any problem you face kindly report that with Screenshot so we can guide you or add different styling in plugin.

Yes parts are included in order, there are 3 types of records will appear in your service or prints.
1. Parts or Products(WooCommerce if using)
2. Services
3. Extras anything which isn’t in services or products

3. Does the parts capacity decrease once it has been assigned to a service?

When you add a product or part in your service the current label for capacity is stored in different table, so in case you later delete that product/part from your stock, the old/existing service record do not change. However you can edit any job anytime

We have added a new function which allows you to create a job from Front end, that have the ability to select device and ID/IMEI . But that function is hidden and useful for only admins/managers if you want to let your customers use that form, i can help you in premium version thanks. please check shortcodes after downloading the update.

Hey, The clients are in Users >> Section of WP under Clients Role, and Reports are implemented with the Invoices as we are always updating plugin so things change frequently as well. Thanks about the custom request you made please note we add new items only if those are beneficial for other clients also.

Its on File option-tree -> includes -> ot-functions-admin.php

For Function

function ot_decode( $value ) {

Preg_match is not working correctly.

So this line

// Search for an object.
preg_match( '/O|C:\+?\d+:"[a-z0-9_]+":\+?\d+:/i', $decoded, $obj_matches, PREG_OFFSET_CAPTURE, 0 );

Should be replaced with.

// Search for an object.
preg_match( '/O:\d+:"[a-z0-9_]+":\d+:{.*?}/i', $decoded, $obj_matches, PREG_OFFSET_CAPTURE, 0 );
