I am on WP Multisite and having the same problem.

This problem happens with the Minify Settings only.

If you meant to customize the theme, then you have to edit the /static/front/css/form.css file. Please ask any support related questions in the plugin support page.

In practice you’ll need to go to the Settings section to create the survey.

And yes, the ads are there to promote the pro version, but it does not block the free version. I haven’t received any complaint for this, since it does not put any ads on your website. It just shows on the admin backend.

And when you talk about badly written documentation, I am sure you didn’t check the “on page” help (on the top right corner of each of the plugin related pages). Please read the doc carefully, I have done my best to explain it as much as possible. Besides that, on the settings page, each item has an associate help button, clicking which you’ll get information about that item.

And thanks for the rating. You should understand that we do not really force people to buy the pro version. The main difference is, the free version allows creating only one form (through the Feedback > Settings page on wp-admin) where as pro version allows to create as many forms as you want. Please do not spread the wrong news. It is a shame that people who actually find this plugin useful, never puts any review, but those, who can not get the working of the plugin, spreads all bad stuff. I hope I have solved your problem, if not, feel free to open a thread on the plugin support.

Hi, I am aware of the bug. I will fix it asap. Right now, you can simply enable magic_quotes_gpc on your server for PHP as a quick fix. In future release, I will solve this issue.

1. In practice, you can not turn the feature on, because it is not present. But thanks for the idea, when I have time, I will implement.

2. The difference between survey report and trends is, trends show report on the basis of last 100 entries, survey report shows for all the entries/submissions. Currently there is no way to show survey report through shortcode. If I receive more requests on this feature, then I will add this.

The export feature is not present as a functionality of the plugin. So to answer your question, it can not be done. If I have time then I will include this feature in future version, but can not promise an ETA.

It has a compatibility issue with Google Analytics Plugin by Yoast.

The shortcode you are refering to is from the Pro version. For this free version, use [feedback_trend] instead.

Also, sometimes it may so happen that your shortcode is wrapped inside

<code>[feedback_trend]</code>

HTML tags. In such cases, go to HTML view (Text view as of WP 3.5) and delete and put the shortcode by typing in manually.

That is a jQuery UI and jQuery version conflict. Ask your theme developer to either use the wordpress inbuilt jQuery (the most reliable solution) or to update the jQuery version to the latest if it has to be from google server. Currently it is at version 1.7.1 (the jQuery version). Updating it to the latest might solve the problem.

It seems there is some sort of jQuery UI button plugin error. Some other plugin or theme is using it in a non-standard way. Deactivate all plugins and see if the problem stops. Then activate one by one to detect the culprit. If deactivating all plugins does not help, then the problem is with your theme.
