I have had the same problem now for a number of sites and had numerous attempts at approval but I am not getting any wiser from their response.

I’m having similar problems. It always only shows me the page I am currently on. Maybe I configured it wrong, maybe there is a bug – I can’t tell.

I am still having problems. I seem to have tried all the other solutions posted in this thread for no reason. I have uninstalled an reinstalled the plugin. I have disabled all other plugins. I have reconfigered my settings exactly as they are on your examples, still no luck.

Can you please take a look when you have the time? I have enabled debug mode:

I have the same problem, the catogories work fine, links does not.
