Ok, I think I found what this is. In HTML editor, there is also theme-hooks.php. There is that cryout_seo_hook. And I believe that it is searching for <title> and <description> that could be placed in theme-seo.php.

I used “All in One SEO Pack” by Michael Torbert. This plugin is supposedly very good, but it hasn’t done anything for my page. Didn’t even put right description beneath page title in google search.

This is very frustrating. I’m from Croatia, and there is practicly no market for things that I advert. So, here is great oportunity to place my page in Top 2 google search result for cca. 5-7 keywords. My page is running for some 4 months, and google still hasn’t put it high on search results.

I’m beginner in web design, so I’m sure that I have ignored some things by mistake (like register on Google Webmaster Tools, which I did just 2 days ago).

But also, I have read a number of tutorial for wordpress beginners, html beginners and SEO tutorial and I’m positive that pretty much everything has been covered. But for some reason this still isn’t working.

Do you have any tips, advices on my problem? Again, any kind of help wolud be priceless.

but..I would like to delete flash site (.swf) that is coming as one of result mentioned above. So, what is the most effective way to delete it and remove it from google search? Do I just phisicaly delete it in cPanel File Manager and it will be removed from google search, or should I do something else?

ok, problem unfortunately is not solved completely. when I type in google “olympionic club”, as a result i get one main page, and beneath it 6 sub pages. main page link is working and gets me to new, wordpress page. but, 3 of 6 subpages links aren’t working, and they still get me to old page..301 redirect for all this pages has been done, but for some reason, some redirection is working and some isn’t..

Can someone tell me what to do?

Ok, so I finally finished my new WordPress pages in https://www.mydomain.com/wordpress/my new pages.

Then I tried to do 301 redirection, but it didn’t work. I opened old .htaccess file (not one in /wordpress directory), “RewriteEngine on” was already typed at the beginning of text and a lots of code also. So I typed “Redirect 301 /about.html https://www.mydomain.com/wordpress/about/ and saved it.

But nothing happened, redirection didn’t work. Do you have any advices or opinion what to do?

I’m not sure I understood everything, but on the other hand, it donesn’t seem to complicated, so I believe it won’t be a problem.
