Thanks for sharing your thoughts and steps to getting your sender domain verified, @trbhicks. I can see that the verification was indeed successful! Happy sending with MailPoet.
@ag87, are you able to share with us your domain name that you are using for your emails, so that we can help you review the DNS records and help you further?
Hi there @sloanish,
Our developers are currently working on adding a feature to optionally also remove database tables / data when uninstalling MailPoet, however there’s no current ETA on when that will be complete and released in the plugin.?
By default, all of your data is preserved when removing the plugin, since automatically deleting the data would definitely result in unwanted data loss for lots of users if temporarily uninstalling the extension.
For now, the best available option would be to manually delete all database tables that begin with *_mailpoet.
As always, when making changes like this, please make sure you have a complete backup of the site and database, just in case.
Hi there @kokowiw,
As a confirmation, it sounds like you have set up a new set of MailPoet lists, and are looking to test and ensure that they correctly send to your new list of users.
With MailPoet, you need to have the permission for each user, to send an email to them, via an opt-in checkbox. You can do this via the WooCommerce checkout, with the settings on your MailPoet extension.
Dashboard → MailPoet → Settings → WooCommerce → Checkbox opt-in messageHas this been checked?
Additionally, can you see a list of users under Dashboard → MailPoet → Lists. Do you have any subscribed customers listed under any of the lists?

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] gTag event js errorHi there @carmelobaglieri,
As we’ve not received any updates for the last few days, and as the fix should resolve the issue experienced, I’ll mark this ticket as resolved.
Thank you for bringing up the bug report, and for your continued use of the extension.
Hi there @noel4nopun,
Thanks for the reply, and for your thorough troubleshooting, which does indeed hint at your theme being at some part the cause of the issues with the pop-up.
I can see that since our last reply that your pop-up has been updated to be more mobile-based, even on desktop:
Full Size: https://d.pr/i/bv0a0ZOn mobile, this is rendering nicely as a small banner on the bottom of the screen:
Full Size: https://d.pr/i/nryKU8As this is working with the Twenty Twenty theme, the best course of action will be to check in with the team at https://shop.destacaimagen.com to see if they can replicate the issue, or check if the issue is still present when using Divi without any customizations.

In reply to: [NSFW] [WooCommerce] woocommerce store not connecting with alibabaHi there,
?AliExpress Dropshipping for WooCommerce?this is ali express plugin not alibaba? and you mean to say this issue is from alibaba platform not woocommerce side?
Most dropshipping platforms need some form of integration to work with WooCommerce.
I need a bit more information before we can proceed. Please can you reply and share your site’s System Status Report (WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Click – Get system report)?
With that information, we can understand how your site is set up.

In reply to: [NSFW] [WooCommerce] woocommerce store not connecting with alibabaHi there saadk4777,
When a user is trying to connect a WooCommerce store to Alibaba, we typically recommend using?AliExpress Dropshipping for WooCommerce?– which we offer full support for at WooCommerce.com.
However, since you are connecting your store following the instructions provided by Alibaba, the best place to get further help is their support portal, which you can access via https://service.alibaba.com/page/home?pageId=122&language=en .
Please kindly note that this particular forum is for questions that are related to the WooCommerce core features, so the team at Alibaba themselves will be best poised to assist with connection issues to their platform.
Hi there @johnclearmoonstudio
Thanks for the reply.
As a confirmation, were you able to clean up your list successfully by rerunning the sync repeatedly to complete the process?
It may be worth setting up your MailPoet to log when running these actions again, and see if any errors are displayed when doing so.
To set up logging, navigate to Dashboard → MailPoet → Settings → Advanced → Logging and select
Everything
.If you currently have any form of logging already active, please navigate to your logs via that same page, and click on the
View logs
link. From there, note any force sync issues that are logged, and share them with us.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] RTL supportHi there @eitanc
I understand that this feature request has been around for quite some time, and as you have noted, there is?an RTL feature request in our feedback portal already. It would be great if you could comment and upvote it.
As priorities and resources change over time, user input becomes more critical, no matter the age of the request.
By casting your vote on this older feature request, you are not only solidifying its importance but also reaffirming its relevancy to the current user base.
This can help our team re-evaluate its priority and potentially allocate resources towards its development.
Hi there @seo-top

At your earliest convenience, please update to WooCommerce 6.7.1, which should fix this fatal error from occurring on your site.
Please let us know if you have any further questions for us.

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Missing a description in the product metadataHi there @gnetconsulting,
Thanks for the reply, with the additional screenshot showing the notice and errors of Pinterest.
In checking those issues, and the first error:
White Is Complicated (Variation):
Description is missing from product metadata.
From your store itself, I’m not seeing a variation product, though. Is this product hidden or the product on the store: https://mariakillam.com/product/white-is-complicated/ ?
This looks to be the same for How to Choose Paint Colours, as the product does not have any variations in place.
As these products on Pinterest do not look to match your products on the store, I recommend resetting the sync with Pinterest.
You can follow the guide on the Woo documetation, under Product not syncing:https://woo.com/document/pinterest-for-woocommerce/#section-20
- Go to Marketing > Pinterest > Settings
- Uncheck the box for “Enable product sync”
- Check the box “Erase Plugin Data” and Save
- Go to the Connection tab on ?Marketing > Pinterest and disconnect your account by clicking on “Disconnect”
- Deactivate and delete the “Pinterest for WooCommerce” extension.
— At this point, no feed should be present on /wp-content/uploads, no settings on the table wp-options, no Scheduled actions related to Pinterest, and no feed registered on Pinterest— - Reinstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce” in Plugins > Add new
- Restart the Pinterest onboarding
- Wait for 24 hours for Pinterest to approve the catalog
Please let us know if this helps to get your catalogue corrected.
Kind regards,
SvenHi there @littlecrookedhouse2023
I understand that you were having issues in getting Conditional Shipping and Payments to work for your needs in isolating a cart to only show a local pick-up method, if such an item is in the cart.
This should be possible, and I’m not able to locate a ticket with us on Woo.com regarding your query. Can you please share the ticket reference number with us, so that we can check further on this query with you?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Main category for the productHi there @nirb
I’m just checking in to see if you were able to resolve your issue about having a ‘Main’ category for a product?
It may be that you are looking to select a **Parent** category, which will allow the product’s breadcrumbs to show it correctly?
By default, WooCommerce adds all of the breadcrumb links, so this may be your theme that is limiting them.
Our documentation covers this in more detail, which you can read through via https://woocommerce.com/document/customise-the-woocommerce-breadcrumb
Have you tried loading the site with a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three?
Kind regards,
Sven
