Hi,

Have decided to remove the plugin Form Maker. Also found that e-mail was not sent in addition to captcha not working.

Will not try this plugin until this issue is solved (i.e. conflict with cache and/or Autooptimize or other issue).

I also noted, when I do a browser Javascript control, then I see there are two “failed to load resource” showing an action=formmakerwdcaptcha&digit=6&i=1
also a second one, just like the above error, but slightly different. Could this be to any help?

I have tried all the things suggested by Autoptimize (excluding .js and other things in the Javascript section), but to no luck.

I have even tried to block out the complete page from Automotimize, and this does not help.

I have tried adding the end to the url, and it does not make any difference (which should then indicate that there is no issue with AO?)

I even disabled all Javascript cacheing in the AO – this did not make any difference either.

Although I read that there might be issues with the AO and Captcha, I start to think that this is actually not the case on our page.

Please, would still need your help.

Also tried to insert a message to send, but there is no e-mail sent (even though it say so on the front page when you try to e-mail).

I would love to send you pictures, but there simply is no way to upload it (can not see anywhere on this support forum, where to possibly add picture and can not past into this box where i am writing).

Today, I tried to update the plugin (punched through to the Plugins page in wordpress). It broke my site completely, as stated previously in this thread. Needed to revert back to 3.6.8 again, then worked as before. When can I expect this plugin to be able to update using the normal plugin page updater?

I think the best would be if I could see the visitors questions in english or swedish. I mean, that the visitors can be both english (looking at the english page) and swedish (looking at the swedish page), so questions can come both ways. I need to be able to show the visitors a local language chat window and be able to see both customers incoming questions and reply in each language to their local chat box. I hope you see what I mean.

Basically, I think the chat box perhaps could be the same, but only translated using WPML (just as any other page on the site) so the customer see the correct language in their end. In my end (back office) it does not matter what language, as long as I can reply back to them.

You can see how my site works, its https://www.toplift.se and you will understand how I need to introduce a chat box for two different languages.
