Thank you for your reply.

I followed your instructions and changed my Front Page to have the HomePage Template. I was able to get the slider to show my featured post (in Firefox). In Chrome the text from my slider appears behind the box of the Front Page.

Additionally, (on Firefox) it seems as though part of the text is covered by the featured image in the post.

Lastly, all of the Featured Content on my Front Page, which is supposed to be displayed below the slider, has disappeared.

Any help will be much appreciated.

thank you for your reply. From your screenshots, I realize that there is a difference in display depending on the browser used. I use Google Chrome and then all the drop down arrows that you indicate on your screenshot are below the text and not next to the text.

Is it possible to ensure this does not happen no matter which browser is used?

@lisa, at the moment I have no page selected to show my posts. As I understand it, the default is that it shows on the homepage? I’ve tried changing it to also have my homepage selected, but I get the warning that my homepage and post page should not be the same.
